Blow molding can reduce the filler content of masterbatch, and improve dispersibility can reduce the clouding of film surface. Strengthen the mixing of masterbatch during manufacturing filtration and vacuum pumping during masterbatch extrusion. Reusing organic pigments can solve bubble tube rupture. Reducing the amount of filler in the masterbatch alleviates poor film flatness; Reducing the wax content in the masterbatch can improve the poor sealing of the film.
